Land, People, Community

We have been traveling for the past few weeks in Spain, meeting people, weaving webs, thinking and dreaming about a piece of land. 

We carry a deep and powerful vision

to embody prayer

in our day to day

in a collective

with others 

whose arrow aligns with ours. 

It is our human nature to live together, to collaborate. 

In the western world, this togetherness has taken the form of couples, nuclear families…often these relations can be nourishing to us, but when everything depends on these close connections, they can become challenging.  We need a web, a village, to plant seeds together, to share the responsibility and the joy of growing our food, our projects, our children. 

I am so deeply grateful for the communities of which I am a part, the webs I have woven, and the ones that have been woven around me.
