seperating you from others, 

from the natural world and 

from the wisdom in your body. 


In this culture, you learn that you need to do it all alone

even though your nervous system developed 

in relationship with other humans and with nature. 


In this culture, you learn to ignore the body

and prioritize the mind. Yet, 


Your body is your channel of communication with the natural world. 

Returning to listen to the body, to listen to your intuition, 

is a direct path back to balance. 


It is really hard to do this alone. 

That’s why we do it together. 


Return to Your Animal Body is a body-centered collective for women seeking connection in an isolating culture. 

 

Together, we remember how to be well.


This is not a luxury. It’s necessary.In a world unraveling, we need each

other—and the living earth.


This community is a space where we reconnect with our wild selves, 

with the intuitive sense that lives in the woman’s body.  

We do this through ritual, conversation and movement.  

We do this together, in sisterhood.
