Transformation is not momentary. It is cyclical.

A profound experience can change how you see things. A deep journey can completely shift your perspective.

I have seen many people in these kinds of moments over the years, and I am so grateful that I have the possibility to witness transformations that really do take the shape of modern miracles.

But how do we bring that transformation into our everyday lives? For so many of us, the moment we pick up our phones, the magic is gone and the demands of the day to day take over our awareness.

Returning your attention to the cyclical movement of life creates the opportunity for profound experiences to gently land in us, to find ways to slowly reprogram our thought processes and refine our actions in alignment with new insights.

Integration unfolds through cycles of expansion and contraction, action and rest. Marking these cycles with rituals helps us observe and celebrate what is happening, teaching us to recognize this ancient understanding that lives in us.

These cycles live in our bodies.

Integration is relational and takes different shapes over seasons.

Aligning with the rhythms of the living world is nervous system regulation.

Returning to them is a path to integration.
