How is it that over the course of generations that we learned that our cycle exists simply so that we can become pregnant?

Of course, that is a really important aspect of the women’s cycle…and there is so much more.

Through understanding our cycle - not understanding in our mind, but in our bodies -  we understand the cycles of the universe.

We understand that everything changes constantly.

Life is full of breath and sometimes things need to die so that new things can be born.

We understand the movement of life by simply noticing the movement of the cycle within us.
